Is Kirsten Storms Getting Fired?

Kirsten, who is best known for her role as Maxie Jones on the hit ABC soap, is making headlines but for all the wrong reasons.

That’s because her ex, former Days of Our Lives star Brandon Barash, has just slapped her with a restraining order and no, we are not making this up at all.

Per TMZ, things have gotten so bad for Kirsten, that she’s not only been evicted from her apartment, but she’s also had a very hard time finding a stable place to live. She’s either been living in hotel rooms or with friends.

Also, Brandon claims that Kirsten has been suffering from delusions and hallucinations and that she’s having money troubles, too. Her car is about to be repossessed and Brandon says that he loaned his ex-wife $5,000 which she is yet to pay back.

With all of that said, a lot of fans can’t help but wonder if Kirsten is going to be cut loose from General Hospital. While there’s no doubt that she’s always been a fan favorite, she hasn’t been seen on the canvas in a very long time, either.

That’s mostly because Kirsten has been dealing with her personal issues in Tennessee and hasn’t really made it out to Los Angeles to film any of Maxie’s scenes. Even though Maxie was just out of her coma a few short weeks ago, she hasn’t been seen in Port Charles in a very long time.

What’s Next For Kirsten Storms?

Now, whether or not the producers do end up firing Kirsten Storms or recasting Maxie with another actress remains to be seen, but with the way things are going for Kirsten right now, it’s highly unlikely fans will be seeing her in Port Charles anytime soon.
