General Hospital alum Chloe Lanier has changed her looks slightly – she is rocking some bangs and she looks extremely gorgeous with them.
Everybody loves a little makeover sometimes. The GH alum couldn’t help but show off her fabulous and stylish new haircut which featured her lovely bangs as she referred to them as “bangerz”. Lanier, who played Nelle Benson on the ABC daytime drama, showed off her new look on Instagram with a couple of selfies and acknowledged her celebrity hair specialist, Joseph Michael.

She looks gorgeous and we couldn’t help but wonder what Nelle would look like in Port Charles with those bangs. Lanier first stepped on GH scenes as a young Patricia Spencer in flashback scenes for the 52nd anniversary in 2015. She did so well that she would later return to the show in a newly created role this time playing the role of Nelle Benson. Her outstanding work on the show gained her a great following and a grand number of fans. And to top it all off, she won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in 2018 upon being nominated three times in the same category.
While viewers loved her, it was unfortunate that her character, Nelle, met a tragic fate, falling off a cliff to her presumed death in 2020. Of course, no body was ever recovered so there is hope that she could still pop up in Port Charles at some point. There is clearly some unfinished business there. It was after her death that Nina (Cynthia Watros) learned that she was her mother and viewers and Carly (Laura Wright) recently discovered that Nelle was a twin as Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is also Nina’s daughter.
We Would Love To see Nelle Return To General Hospital
While we desperately await her return to the show and see all unfold when she connects with her birth mother and sister, Lanier is keeping herself busy with other gigs. She recently guest-starred on 9-1-1 and NCIS: Hawaii.
