The two love birds have made it no secret that they are extremely close with one another and have even been carpooling to work together. General Hospital Spoilers: Wes Ramsey Exits Series – What Does This Mean For Laura Wright?

Wes Ramsey announced that he is leaving General Hospital just as his character Peter August fell down a stairwell and is now presumed to be dead. It’s been a long time coming for the resident villain, who has caused enough problems, headaches and drama that even his own father Henrik would have a hard time keeping up with him.

While Carly Corinthos didn’t share much screen time with Peter August, offline Laura Wright and Wes Ramsey have been inseparable. The couple began dating back in 2017 and have often shared behind the scenes photos of their relationship together. Simply put, Laura is absolutely smitten with Wes and Wes certainly can’t get enough of his blonde bombshell of a girlfriend.

Even though Laura Wright hasn’t made any indication that she is planning to leave General Hospital anytime soon, fans still can’t help but wonder if she’s going to follow in Wes’ footsteps and take a break from the daytime television industry. After all, she’s been going strong for 30 years now and while she is one of the biggest names in the industry, there’s a chance that she might put her personal life in front of her professional one for one. So far Laura hasn’t commented on Wes’ departure but watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come!

    • I don't see why LW would leave GH because WR may or may not be returning. Her personal life and professional life are two different issues. If LW should make a decision to leave GH, another actress can be attained to replace her as she replaced the previous Carly. The Carly character has been a part of canvas for quite some and will continue to do so regardless of who plays the role. Michael doesn't need anyone to protect him. He is a grown man and should be able to take care of himself regardless of the situation. As to your assessment of Willow, I agree 100%. The Willow character has been trashed and is getting worse day by day. Why her whole personality has been changed, beats the heck out of me.

  • Bye Bye Petey. You were rotten on so many levels that you will not be missed. I celebrate your death. And may you never return in any form to darken our screens again.. no long lost twin or some lame redemption story. Just stay gone!

    • I think WR exit if permanent will be GH loss. He is too talented and has impressive body of work to stay unemployed long unless he wants break first I would hope a new character is considered. Peter was too evil to last
