General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that earlier this year, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) believed that he killed Peter August (Wes Ramsey). After Peter refused to provide Finn with an antidote to cure his brother Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), an enraged Finn threw Peter down a staircase at General Hospital. Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) came upon the scene at just that moment, and pronounced Peter dead. The two of them moved Peter’s body to a subfloor in the hospital and put his body in a freezer until they could figure out what to do next.

But Peter wasn’t as dead as Finn and Elizabeth believed. When they went back for the body several weeks later, it was gone. And now that a very much alive Peter has turned up in Nixon Falls, he’s surely heading back to Port Charles for revenge. And although his primary goal is to find his daughter, he probably will want to get back at Finn and Elizabeth as well! And what better way than to make them think they are seeing a ghost. In fact, it’s possible Peter has done this once before.
GH Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber thought she saw Peter August once before!
Not all that long after they moved Peter’s body, Elizabeth went up to the roof of the hospital. It was there that she thought she saw Peter walking slowly toward her. But then the image disappeared and Elizabeth believed her mind was playing tricks on her. But now, it seems possible that it was really Peter that she saw. Elizabeth was unnerved but soon forgot about the incident.
Now that Peter is on his way back to Port Charles, he might not be able to resist torturing the two people who left him for dead. He might appear for a second or two, and then vanish again, leaving the doctor and nurse to wonder if Peter is actually back or if they are seeing things. Peter probably won’t actually try to hurt either of them as he has bigger fish to fry but he may not be able to resist tormenting them a bit!
