General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Finn Wants To Turn Himself In

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal in Port Charles, NY Finn’s guilt getting the best of him over what happened to Peter and now he wants to confess all.

General Hospital Spoilers: First Do No Harm For Finn

Now that Chase (Josh Swickard) is at least going to live, Finn (Michael Easton) can turn his mind to what happened with Peter (Wes Ramsey) in the stairwell. He killed a man, hid the body, and locked it in a freezer. He’s a doctor so how could he ever do a thing like that? Well, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) talked him into it and now Elizabeth has to be the one to once again talk him out of confessing.

Finn also thinks if he can take all the blame then Liz can come out of it looking clean, so he calls Scott (Kin Shriner) so he at least has a lawyer by his side to help him when he goes to the police. However, he may never make it.

Elizabeth is Desperate

Elizabeth is not about to let Peter hurt anyone else. She may believe he’s dead (we all want to believe he is dead but is dead ever really dead on soaps?) but if Finn goes to jail for throwing him down the stairs and killing him, then Peter is hurting Finn by just being a dead Peter. Dead or alive, Peter seems to hurt everyone.

Poor Elizabeth can only think of what Peter took from her. He took her husband and tore her family apart and did it in cold blood. Elizabeth has barely been allowed to mourn and helping Finn made their friendship stronger. She can’t stand to see him go to jail.

In her mind, Peter deserved what happened to him and nobody should ever have to pay for it. Heck, Liz has been keeping the secret that it was actually Nikolas (then, Tyler Christopher) who had Hayden (Rebecca Budig) shot for years, knowing Shawn (Sean Blakemore) has been in jail for the crime. What’s a little Peter in a freezer?

Can Liz Stop Finn?

Will Elizabeth’s words have any effect on Finn or is he bound and determined to cleanse his soul and alleviate his guilt? After all, he and Liz did hide what they believed to be a dead body, so this can’t bode well for him not spending years and years behind bars. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see what Finn decides to do.
