General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Elizabeth Killed Reiko, Can She Keep It From Finn?
General Hospital spoilers tease that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) finally knows why she was doing crazy things while she was sleepwalking earlier this year. Elizabeth had recently begun to remember an incident from her teenage years. During her flashbacks, Elizabeth recalled arguing with a young woman at the top of a staircase. The woman ended up falling down the staircase and eventually, Elizabeth realized the woman was Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara), the deceased wife of her current love, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber Pushed Reiko Finn Down The Stairs!
Thanks to her parents, Elizabeth was finally able to remember exactly what happened. Elizabeth had caught Reiko and her father in a compromising position. During their confrontation, Elizabeth accidentally caused Reiko’s fall. Reiko had a concussion and a few internal injuries that required a blood transfusion. The transfusion caused Reiko to contract Blackwood’s Disease, which she eventually died from.
GH Spoilers – Reiko Finn Died Because Of Elizabeth Webber!
To learn that she is the reason Reiko died will certainly be a great shock to Elizabeth. The fall was an accident certainly, but it led to the death of Finn’s first wife. Even worse. Finn contracted the disease as well and became addicted to opioids in the process of finding a cure. Finn did manage to create a cure and eventually cured himself. But he has no idea about Elizabeth and her family’s role in Reiko’s death! Will Finn believe that Reiko had been unfaithful or will he believe there is more to it?
General Hospital Updates – Will Elizabeth Webber Keep The Secret Of Reiko Finn’s Death?
When Elizabeth returns home, she will have a huge decision to make. Should she leave well enough alone? Finn has finally moved on, and he and Elizabeth have a chance at a good life. But Elizabeth knows what keeping that secret has already done to her, so she likely wouldn’t be able to keep the truth from Finn even if she wanted to. So, look for Elizabeth to reveal the truth, but how will Finn react? Can things ever be the same between him and Elizabeth?

I think that Elizabeth should tell Finn the truth about Rekio. He needs to know that she was cheating on him with Elizabeth’s father. Keeping it from him will only make him suspicious and wonder what’s going on.He already knows how she died(from an incurable disease) not the fact that Elizabeth pushed her down the stairs that resulted in her having a concussion.
How can they say that Liz killed Reiko . yes , Reiko was at the top of the stairs but she set back ways to her death
