General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal when Heather Webber (Alley Mills) received a visit from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), she wasn’t willing to give up the dirt she had on Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) without a solid negotiation between Fante and herself. Heather has desires like anyone else and she was more than happy to supply Fante with the information he needs, in exchange for a few things she wants. He wasn’t having it, so he left. However, that won’t be the last Dante sees of Heather. She’s going to drop a few more hints in hopes that helping with a police investigation could score her more time at Spring Ridge with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). When she does, she won’t worry about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), which might be a mistake. When Heather shares information with Dante that links the prison van crash the night Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) escaped back to his dad, Sonny, Dante is going to casually fail to follow up on that lead. Then, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) finds out.
General Hospital Spoilers — Dante Falconeri Is Suspended
Jordan is going to be beside herself when she finds out Dante — one of her best and most reliable detectives — skirted the law in favor of his father’s freedom. Jordan likes Sonny, but she knows what he does for a living. Everyone knows. Still, this is the last thing Jordan expected out of Dante. To be honest, it’s the last thing Dante expected out of himself. What was he thinking, and why would he suddenly let his father’s choice to operate on the other side of the law impact how he does his job as a police officer all these years later? Jordan is going to hate every minute of it but will have no choice but to suspend Dante from the force. As a side note, this could leave room for the board to reconsider reinstating Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) if they are low on manpower — and it sounds like they might be if Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) ends up being the next victim of The Hook.
General Hospital Updates – An Investigation Is Underway
While Dante is taking a forced six-month leave of absence, he’s going to have a lot more time to focus on his personal life. That will be necessary as drama ramps up at home with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). She just can’t shake the feeling that Dante is keeping something from her.
When she finds out he’s been suspended for not following protocol and letting Sonny off the hook, she won’t be very sympathetic. Sure, Sam loves Sonny, too, and she understands Dante may have felt an obligation to take care of his family. But this is out of character for Dante to help Sonny in this way, and Sonny wasn’t asking for any favors. So what gives? Sam isn’t going to rest until she gets to the bottom of it.
Cody Bell Throws Dante Falconeri Under The Bus
As Dante has a little too much time on his hands, he might grow more paranoid that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is going to blow his cover — and he’s already in hot water at work and at home. Dante could cave under pressure and out himself to Jordan, mentioning the PCPD’s investigation into Dante won’t reveal much about his past, because Cody took the fall for him years ago. However, it’s unlikely Dante is going to turn himself in, despite his moral code. Look for Cody to throw his childhood pal under the bus when he’s backed into a corner. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers so you don’t miss it!
