General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will meet with Brick (Stephen A. Smith) in an upcoming episode of General Hospital in an attempt to get a handle on the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)/Peter August (Wes Ramsey) situation!

General Hospital viewers will recall that now, there are many working separately but also together to take down Cyrus Renault and Peter August! Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) recently talked to Carly and explained the situation with Peter, that he had been the one who murdered Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and not Jason Morgan, (Steve Burton) who is in Pentonville Prison for it. General Hospital viewers will recall that Cyrus teamed up with Peter, but Cyrus has all the goods on him and the proof of his crimes.

Peter couldn’t refuse that offer to work together even if he had wanted to! Also in on the frame-up is Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) mother, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) who Cyrus paid off for false testimony against Jason. Anna, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Carly have been working to take down both Cyrus and Peter, along with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) who had been keeping an eye out on Cyrus for Jason before his incarceration.

Plus, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has been working to keep an eye on Cyrus and report back as well to Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry), who had to arrest Jason because of the manufactured evidence. Now everyone involved knows that Cyrus and Peter have teamed up; and Carly does something she should have done in the first place – brought Brick into the situation!

General Hospital Spoilers – District Attorney Robert Scorpio Needs Proof To Charge Both Peter August And Cyrus Renault

General Hospital viewers will recall that District Attorney Robert Scorpio needs proof to charge both Peter August and Cyrus Renault before he could legally do anything! The confession that Franco got that cost him his life would not even have counted in court because it was obtained under duress and without a warrant. As for Cyrus, he usually has his goons do his dirty work as Peter also does but Anna had found a link between Peter and the assassin who was to kill Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) and Franco in an operating room of General Hospital, and it’s possible there is a copy of that file even though Peter burned it in her fireplace.

Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was aware of it and had called Anna on it several times, and once Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is out of the woods, he may reveal he made copies and find them in his things! Peter’s office is in The Metro Court and Cyrus frequents the restaurant. Carly will talk to Brick about doing surveillance of Peter and Cyrus and getting evidence against them that will stand up in court!

Robert usually doesn’t work with people like Brick, but this time he will, and make sure that Jordan is in on it too so the proper paperwork is in place for Brick’s surveillance to be legal. Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) and Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will also likely be involved in this special cooperation between people who usually don’t cooperate with each other so that Cyrus and Peter can be dealt with once and for all!
