General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Austin The Deciding Vote On Who Runs ELQ?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that no one stays in the CEO position at ELQ for that long. Most recently, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) secured enough votes from stockholders to oust Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) from the position. Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) has also stepped in when Michael needed to focus his attention elsewhere. But now that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has regained her shares from Valentin, a new vote is coming up very shortly. Both Valentin and the Quartermaine family are confident they will succeed, but a surprising party may actually hold all the cards.
General Hospital Spoilers – Who is the new doctor at General Hospital?
Its becoming more and more likely that the new doctor making the rounds at GH may actually be a Quartermaine himself. Long time viewers may remember Jimmy Lee Holt (Steve Bond). Jimmy Lee was actually the illegitimate son of Edward Quartermaine (the late John Ingle).
If that’s the case, then Austin will actually likely be entitled to a share of ELQ stock. Besides shocking the Quartermaine’s with his identity, they may have to scramble to get Austin on their side. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) may actually be the one to sweeten the pot enough to get Austin to side with the family over Valentin.
GH Spoilers – The Chief of Staff position at General Hospital is currently up for grabs!
Monica was just instated as the Head of the Board at General Hospital. One of her first acts will be to decide who the next Chief of Staff will be. Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has been holding the position for months, but even though she’s done a great job, she has a checkered history at the hospital not to mention she was appointed by the last Chairman, the drug kingpin Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) also put her name in the ring for the position. But both ladies may find themselves disappointed is Monica offers the job to Austin in exchange for his vote at the ELQ Board meeting. It would be a shocking turn of events, and likely not a popular one among the staff at the hospital.
