General Hospital Early Week Spoilers Jan 26-30: Emma’s Failed Mission, Willow Turns To Chase, Sidwell’s Drew’s Replacement
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will be on a mission that fails, while Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) turns to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
Plus, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will be ready to replace Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). What’s happening the week of January 26 in Port Charles? Find out below.
Jenz Sidwell Wastes No Time
General Hospital spoilers for the week of January 26 note that Sidwell will waste no time in replacing Drew.
Unfortunately, his “stroke” (at the hands of his wife) has left Drew in the hospital and unconscious, and he may remain like that for a long while, if not forever.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will arrange an introduction, and as she’s on Sidwell’s payroll, it sounds like this will be someone who can replace Drew in Sidwell’s tribe. Who will this person be?
Sonny Corinthos Manipulates
Speaking of Sidwell, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will attempt to manipulate Ava Jerome (Maura West). Sonny knows that Ava and Sidwell have gotten closer, and as there’s a bit of a love triangle between his baby momma, his nemesis, and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), he may attempt to gather some sort of intel by playing games. Will the mob boss succeed in this move?
Meanwhile, some alarm bells will ring off for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) where Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is concerned.
WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) wants Britt to “disappear” and conduct research at Wyndemere to be closer to the project, so if the good doctor pulls away from the henchman, he may raise an eyebrow. With that said, will he push Britt into talking? Will she talk?
Josslyn Jacks Turns To Someone Unexpected
Across town, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will turn to someone unexpected for help. Who could this be? In other news, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will feel a sense of relief. He’s been a little stressed out about Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) losing her license and her job at the hospital.
Will the board come back with a light penalty for her actions? She did mess with medical records, but she did state it was in an effort to protect her daughter, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), from Heather Webber (Alley Mills).
Perhaps the hospital board takes pity on her situation. Portia was quick to mention that she saved Drew’s life after his shooting, despite his blackmail, so that’s something they may note when handing down her punishment.
Willow Tait Plays The Victim
Elsewhere, Willow will continue to pour out those waterworks for Drew, and of course, Chase will fall for her act, hook, line, and sinker.
General Hospital fans should expect the cop to rush to his ex-wife’s side and console her during this “difficult time”. How will Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) feel about this?
Emma Scorpio-Drake’s Disappointment
Finally, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will jump into action after finding some intel on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
Still, it looks like the entire thing will be orchestrated by Cullum, and this rescue mission will fall apart, which will leave Emma feeling lost and disappointed. Cullen will leave a breadcrumb trail; however, it’ll go nowhere.
In fact, he may end up making it look like Anna has passed away. As so many have been starting to ask questions, faking Anna’s death would be what’s best for Cullum’s plan, at this point.
