Carolyn Hennesy (Diane Miller) on General Hospital took ABC fans to task recently, and in a humorous way, told them off for talking about her on social media. Read on to find out what she said, and why.
The Post On Social Media
A day ago, the real-life Diane Miller took to her Instagram and shared a reel, plus a caption, because she heard that fans were discussing her on Reddit. There, they’d debated whether she wore a wig in the scenes on the show. In her caption, the ABC star wrote:
“So, apparently there has been a debate raging on @reddit that I am wearing a wig on @generalhospitalabc! Well, let me settle this debate and set the record straight! This hair is all mine, and all natural!”
Just Growing Her Hair Out
Making her point again, in the reel, she lifted up her hair and told her followers, “I believe there was a huge debate a few months ago as to whether or not [my hair] was a wig.” She assured them that “It’s not,” adding, “for the people who say they know wigs when they see them, you don’t. Because this is all me all the time.”
It turned out that the GH star is “growing” her hair out, and she won’t debate it any further. Near the end, she said, “I personally love it, and I hope you do too. Okay, Goodbye.” After telling them off, in her amusing way, she told her followers to “like and subscribe” before getting on with her daily routines.
ABC Fans React In The Comments
Perhaps none of the followers who saw the reel had engaged in the Reddit debate because nobody admitted to it. Actually, they like her hair the way it is right now. One of them wrote, “I loved your chic, stylish short haircut. But have to say.. this look is gorgeous on you too. I hope to see you more on GH.”
Nailing it to the wall, someone who worked with Carolyn Hennesy penned, “I’ve worked with her personally and can attest that it is in fact her own incredible head of fabulous hair!”
