General Hospital Spoilers: Someone Sets Fire To The Tan-O And Sonny Is Trapped Inside!
General Hospital spoilers tease in a leaked script that someone will set fire to the Tan-O and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) aka “Mike” will be trapped inside! “Mike” will have saved Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) and Phyllis Caulfield’s (Joyce Guy) life prior to being trapped in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!
General Hospital Spoilers – Jasper “Jax” Jacks Is On The Scene As The Fire Department Tries To Save “Mike”
General Hospital viewers will recall that Phyllis, “Mike” and Nina all just lost Phyllis’ husband Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) and obviously, “Mike” and Nina will be there for support for the grieving widow. This scene looks like it will probably play out during the week of August 23.
Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) is on the scene, more than likely there to lend support to Nina, having heard of Lenny’s death. The leaked script does not reveal if Nina called Jax or he found out some other way, and opens after Nina has been rescued from inside the burning building. General Hospital viewers know that the last thing that Phyllis needs after Lenny’s death is an arson at the Tan-O!
General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Was Tied Up Inside The Tan-O
General Hospital viewers will see that Jax is concerned about Nina’s condition after being brought outside of the burning Tan-O and urges her to let a paramedic check her out. Nina is too worried about “Mike” being trapped inside to even notice Jax’s questions. She doesn’t respond.
Jax, frustrated, continues to ask Nina questions, and wants to know what the heck happened, and who had tied her up! The fire captain – as yet uncast, but referred to as Fire Captain Mitchell – tells Jax and Nina that his team determined that at least one person is trapped inside. General Hospital viewers will next see Nina describing what happened inside to the fire captain.
General Hospital Spoilers – Phyllis Caulfield And Nina Reeves Try To Tell What Happened Inside
General Hospital viewers will next see Phyllis and Nina try to tell what happened inside the Tan-O, and Nina starts talking about “Mike”. Nina tells Fire Captain Mitchell that the ceiling collapsed, and “Mike” pushed her out the door. She had looked back and saw him by the bar. Fire Captain Mitchell then asks what other entry points the building has.
Phyllis tries to answer, but starts coughing, likely suffering from some smoke inhalation. The Fire Captain starts to leave, and asks what Nina’s friend is – she answers “Mike”, which as General Hospital viewers will recall, is the name that Sonny Corinthos has gone by ever since seeing his late father, Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) name on the watch he was wearing.
General Hospital Spoilers – The Tan-O Is A Total Loss
General Hospital viewers will see a very distraught Nina and Phyllis, although Jax will undoubtedly try to comfort both of them. General Hospital viewers will recall that it was Jax who originally helped Nina track down Phyllis, and met her when she came down from Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania to talk to Nina and Jax about her long-lost baby and where Phyllis drove her – to Florida to meet and deliver baby Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) to her adoptive parents.
The fire captain tells Nina that his men are doing all they can to save her friend – but tells Phyllis that he is sorry to say that the Tan-O is likely a total loss. Phyllis says she was afraid of that. Fire Captain Mitchell tells Phyllis and Nina he will keep them posted, and leaves. Nina moves over to where Phyllis is.

Wow. You wouldn’t do that. Are you planning on killing Sonny off before he can get home?? No … Please don’t do that.
I’ve about had it with the GH writers. There’s practically no couple on GH that they HAVEN’T broken up over the last several months. Most upsetting of all being Sonny & Carly. They finally reached a point of steadiness that I had hoped would keep the writers from splitting them once again. Can’t they come up with other day to day problems for this couple to tackle? Some of the other pairings, owever, may prove interesting, such as Jason & Britt. Much as I loved Jason & Sam, they were too alike, in their equally quiet demeanor. Ava & Nicholas are another couple I am surprisingly enjoying together. Now I’ m 70 yo @ don’t want to die without having Sonny & Carly happy & back together, so hurry it up writers!!! I’m tired of all this nonsense!
Please end this Nixon Falls storyline! This has been going on too long! Now you are putting Sonny in another situation to where he is “lost or dead” without anyone but Nina knowing the truth?? Come On!!! Get Sonny back home & the storyline in the place it should be! The focus where it should be! On Sonny & his family finding out the TRUTH!!!!
