General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Sets a Trap for Drew, But Willow Won’t Get Off Scot-Free
General Hospital Spoilers report Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is hell bent on making sure that Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) pays for what he has done.
Michael knows that little matters more to Drew than his reputation — especially now that he’s going to be a sitting member of Congress. But shipping him off to Washington, D.C. after he has done so much damage to his family feels like not punishment enough as far as Michael is concerned.
But the fans are curious why Michael is targeting Drew so heavily when Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is just as guilty of lying to him — and of breaking their marriage vows on top of that. Fear not, folks, it’s unlikely that Willow is going to get away with what she has done either.
General Hospital Spoilers — Michael’s Hypocrisy Knows No Bounds
At the same time that some fans are lambasting Michael for trying to oust Drew from Aurora while moping around upset that his wife has all but abandoned their marriage, they’re wondering why he isn’t taking the truth about his wife’s and uncle’s behavior in the context of knowing that he too has done the same thing.
He slept with his ex-girlfriend, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) — and he feels entitled to both keep that a secret and resent Willow and Drew for doing the same about their tryst. How’s that for the pot calling the kettle black?
GH Spoilers Tease Curtis May or May Not Be on Board
Michael’s plan to make sure Drew pays for tampering with his marriage starts outside the home — at work. He wants to see to it that Drew loses his position at Aurora Media, and he needs Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to help him pull that off.
It won’t be easy, and Michael may not necessarily want to take Curtis at his word that he’s all in. After all, he’s got a bit more of a conscience than a Quartermaine, and he could end up deciding revenge isn’t so sweet to him.
General Hospital Spoilers — Willow Pays a Price, Too
While Michael is wrapped up in negotiating terms with Curtis to stick it to Drew, it may look like Willow is allowed to live her best life and keep on lying to her husband.
With Drew out of town in D.C. soon, maybe it’ll feel like Michael and Willow can get back to normal, but her husband won’t be able to get the image of his wife climbing on top of his uncle out of his head.
But he’ll know that if he tells Willow he knows they slept together, then all bets are off with his plan to oust Drew from the company.
So instead, he may start to find some clever ways to make Willow pay for what he knows she has done — even though she has no clue that he’s aware. Keep checking back for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
