General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) has dropped off the radar a bit since Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) death on New Year’s Eve. His best friend is gone and Brad stood to inherit everything she left behind. Sure, estates can take time to settle, but this has been an extraordinarily long process for someone who settled all of her affairs before she left everyone to grieve her absence. So what has Brad been up to, and where is he headed next without a storyline or anyone linking him to Port Charles beside his sinister aunt, Selina Wu (Lydia Look)?

Britt and Brad were joined at the hip. When times were hard and they didn’t have a friend in the world, they still had each other. When one of them was hurting, the other was a much-needed crutch. Now, Brad is crutchless. He’s still hurting. He’s lost everything over the last few years. He screwed up badly enough to lose his husband and his child, but Britt stood beside him through it all. Now, he’s lost her, too. The only solace is that he didn’t lose her due to his own poor choices. Brad has been growing up, and although Britt didn’t like the business he fell into with his Aunt Selina, she was happy that he was happy. But is he happy now?
General Hospital Updates – Claim Brad Cooper Hit The Jackpot
Brad can afford to buy all the pints of ice cream in the world now, but they won’t bring his bestie back to watch trash TV with him into the wee hours of the night. However, Britt left him a pretty substantial gift in the wake of her death — her entire fortune. She may not have liked the idea of living off of Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) millions, but she knew Brad wouldn’t have any problem spending that blood money — and she couldn’t have thought of a better person to leave it to who needed a fresh start more.
Money Isn’t Everything
Brad may have detached from his Aunt Selina, no longer needing her resources to get by, but that doesn’t mean his ties to her have been snuffed out. When Selina needs a favor soon, she might call on her nephew to finish the job. No, he may not need money from Selina, but he does need to maintain security so that she won’t spill the beans on how she got him out of jail. That’s the last place he wants to head back to. Money can’t buy happiness, and it’s not going to be able to completely free Brad from his family mob ties the way he had hoped. Will this spell trouble for him?
