Nancy Lee Grahn Was Not Affected By The Fires
Plenty of people in the Los Angeles area suffered terrible losses. Some of them lost their lives. And, many of them suffer from terrible hardship right now. The General Hospital star wasn’t personally devastated by the LA fires, and she and Kate are safe.
Nancy Lee Grahn might not have been able to control her emotions for a while after Donald Trump won the 2024 election. But, she can control how she reacts to the disaster playing out right now with the LA fires. So, the ABC star did something about it.
A Powerful Message By The ABC Star
On Friday night, the General Hospital star took to Instagram and shared a video of herself with Kate. She explained that they purchased goods from Costco for distribution to those in need. In her reel, she explained what they did and why.
The Alexis Davis actress explained that as she and Kate were not inconvenienced by the LA fires, they’d decided to do what they could to help those in need. She added, in part:
[Because of our] sadness for those who weren’t spared, Kate and I felt compelled to do something. We went to Costco and stocked up on food and supplies, delivered it to evacuation and homeless shelters, both for humans as well as our beasts. We then dropped off protein bars to our firefighters…

The ABC star then gave a powerful message about assisting those in need. She added, “These are indeed, very small gestures that we hoped would help in some way….There are so many Americans doing the same thing.”
Finally, the General Hospital star said, “For now, we feel that our job is to keep our spirits up and our light on so we can be useful to others.” She also asked fans to help.
