GH’s Maurice Benard Shares Rare Video Of Daughter, Cassidy
General Hospital fans never tire of seeing Maurice with his family, but sometimes, he gets a little bit naughty.
General Hospital (GH) fans seldom see Cassidy Benard, the youngest daughter of Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos). Family Is Important To Maurice
On his social media, Maurice often shares about his animals, his son, Joshua Benard, and his grandchildren. Sometimes, on his State of Mind podcast, the real-life Sonny Corinthos talks about how important a loving family can be as he struggles with bipolar, anxiety, and depression.
Well, in 2024, he took a video of Cassidy, now engaged to Anthony Cammarata. Of course, the ABC star shared about the engagement in Tokyo. But this week’s one that was a pinned repost from TikTok arrived on Instagram.
Sneaking In A Candid Clip
In his caption, Maurice wrote:
This is a video I did of my daughter Cassidy, who literally does not let me film her doing anything.
And she’s absolutely stunning. well I did it anyway and it went viral on TikTok I don’t really remember if she was upset or maybe I didn’t tell her. So please keep it to yourself.
Actually, the first time it appeared on TikTok, the post found over 127K likes and loads of comments from GH fans. Likewise, the newer repost also attracted lots of attention. One follower wrote in the comments section, “She is so beautiful.”

The Children
Maurice Benard and his wife, Paula first raised Heather Rose Benard, the oldest child. Actually, she ended up adopted by them when Paula’s sister passed away. Next came Cailey. Of course, General Hospital fans know that Maurice Benard dotes on her two kids, Milo and TT.
Then came Cassidy Benard, who they welcomed in 1999. And later, son Joshua arrived. While he also appeared briefly on GH, he now pursues a singing career.
Many GH fans love what little they know about kids who mostly stay away from the celeb spotlight. When he shares his reels on social media, Maurice often talks about Cassidy Benard being in the room. Usually, he respects her desire for privacy, and won’t turn his camera on her.
