General Hospital (GH) star Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) revealed that another great conversation is on the way for his State of Mind podcast. The actor teased that his next podcast guest is a veteran actor with a career in films and TV shows that covers over four decades. Read on for more details.

Benard took to Instagram ahead of the weekend and shared a nice little reel of himself and his next guest standing together. In the clip, he gave viewers a hint of what to expect from their chat.
The real-life Sonny Corinthos told his ABC followers they should anticipate a “lot of mental health talk, a lot of good life talk.” The discussion promises to go beyond the surface of a typical celebrity interview, which is what the State of Mind podcast evolved into over the last six years, or so.
Who Is It?
The guest in question is Clancy Brown. For movie fans, Brown of course, is instantly recognizable from his role as the ruthless Captain Byron Hadley in The Shawshank Redemption. Remember, he also appeared in the John Wick franchise and starred in cult classics like Highlander and Pet Sematary 2.
Additionally, for younger folks, he’s the voice of the beloved money-obsessed Mr. Krabs on the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants.
While fans love him, it seems that Maurice Benard does as well. In fact, he seemed a bit starstruck. In his caption, he wrote:
