1. Brad was born George Bradley Maule on October 11, 1951, and he is a Libra. He was born in Camp Springs, Texas. He has worked as both an actor and a producer. In addition to his GH role, he appeared in the daytime dramas The Young and the Restless as Reverend Palmer in 2004, in Passions as Dr. Able in 2003 and in Port Charles as his GH character Tony Jones in 1997, 1999, and in 2000.

2. Brad debuted as Dr. Tony Jones in 1984 and he was seen until 2006 when the show killed off the character.

3. Brad is now back living in his home state of Texas. Specifically, he is living in Nacogdoches, Texas, the oldest town in the state. According to Brad, after he left GH he went to work for Stephen F. Austin State University as a lecturer in film and acting. As of 2019, he was still working there.

4. Brad’s most memorable storyline as Tony Jones is known simply as B.J.’s Heart and he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for that story. It involved Tony and his wife Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) daughter B.J. Jones After a tragic accident, B.J.’s heart was transplanted into her dying cousin. B.J. was mentioned not long ago when Bobbie gave her grown daughter Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) newborn daughter, Donna, a music box that had been B.J.’s.

Fans still remember the poignant scene in which Tony listened to B.J.’s heart beating inside of her cousin Maxie.

According to Brad, that story had a heavy sense of irony for him. He has said that when he was 13, his older brother, who was four years older than he, died due to a heart problem. He has said that when he played the B.J. story, that he felt transported back into his own life when he lost his own brother.

5. Brad reprised his role as Dr. Tony Jones in November 2019. He appeared a ghost to his son Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes).
