General Hospital star Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) took to social media this week and shared a motivational message for his ABC fans. Many people appreciated it, and he helps them with mindfulness. Read on for more details.
The Inspirational Message
Steve Burton shared a reel on Instagram, and in it, he said, “Hey, what’s going on? Hope you’re having a good day.” Then he added, “Life isn’t fair. Cool. Don’t need it to be.”
GH fans, he advised, should “Take the hit, get back up. Take the test, pass it. Play the hand that you were dealt to the best of your ability. That’s all you can do.”
He continued by warning his fans, “Do not get stuck. Keep moving forward. Start responding to life how it actually is rather than how you wish it was.”
The real life Jason Morgan concluded by saying, “Wishing is not a life strategy. You can’t control everything, but you can control this. Mindset is everything. Have a good day.”
