GH Star Kelly Thiebaud Jokes About ‘Corrupting’ Her New Co-Stars
Dean Geyer and Jonathan Bennett had hilarious responses after Kelly Thiebaud joked about causing trouble behind the scenes at General Hospital.
General Hospital (GH) star Kelly Thiebaud, who plays the role of Britt Westbourne on the ABC daytime soap, got some reactions from Dean Geyer, who recently arrived as Dr. Tristan Roberts, and Jonathan Bennett (Detective Joe Fitzpatrick). Read on to find out why she pushed some buttons.
Corrupting The Cast
On Wednesday, Kelly Thiebaud took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself with other cast members. Perhaps they were between shoots.
Fans saw her breakup with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), but off-screen, she certainly seems to be very playful.
In her caption, the GH star wrote, “Just doing my part to corrupt the workplace. One coworker at a time.” Then she added a little devil emoji and tagged her post with #causingtrouble.
Geyer and Bennett React
That got a swift reaction from Dean Geyer, who responded by saying, “I’ve only just landed in PC, please give me a sec to settle!” Then he added, “I’m happy to have all these new friends 😁.”
Meanwhile, Jonathan Bennett responded by writing, “You’ll never corrupt Detective Joe. He’s always on the case.”
Well, Thiebaud reacted to that by posting three rolling-with-laughter emojis. So, it was all in good fun.

Fans of General Hospital were not going to let a lighthearted post about corrupting the cast go without their notes on it.
One person told Kelly, “Britt needs to win an award she is the bomb … I hope she stays crime free and doesn’t get hardened over all the naysayers her relationship with Jason was hopefully going to be good like Sam and Jason .. she is so funny…”

Meanwhile, Dean Geyer, who joined the cast in July, is already a firm favorite of many GH fans.
Kelly Thiebaud, of course, has a longer history with General Hospital. ABC had fans thinking she had died back in 2023 when Heather Webber’s poisoned hook wounded her.
However, she returned last year, resurrected, and it turned out she’d only been away in Croatia as she got caught up with Sidwell, Cullum, and the cold-fusion business.
