Steve Burton Negotiating A New Contract?
Steve, who is best known for his role as Jason Morgan on the hit ABC soap, came back to reprise his role after he was fired from General Hospital back in 2021 for not complying with the network’s vaccine mandate at the time.
While he was unemployed for a short period of time, Steve did eventually reprise his role as Harris Michaels on Days of Our Lives. But outside of filming, he was also building his fitness business and encouraging his fans to sign up with him just so he could motivate them to be the best versions of themselves.
Well, many years have past and it seems like Steve is still using his social media networks to promote his personal fitness business.
This has prompted a lot of people to wonder if Steve is doing this because he wants to or if he’s using his side gig as extra income.
What’s Next For Steve Burton?
Sure, Steve might be one of the better paid stars in the daytime television world, but if he really were getting paid enough, he wouldn’t have to be a personal trainer on the side too, right?
That’s why a lot of people can’t help but wonder if he’s negotiating a new contract with the producers of General Hospital. Everyone has expenses.
So far Steve Burton himself has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.
But then again, if there is anyone who knows that there’s no such thing as job security in this industry, it’s Steve himself. That’s probably why he’s doing what he can with his side project just to make sure that he’s financially sound, should something happen to his alter ego on the small screen.
Then again, it’s not like General Hospital would actually make the mistake of getting rid of Jason Morgan not once but twice, right? Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
