She wishes she could be there with him and fully ignore all her body is going through, but bearing the burden of the truth on her own is the most she’s capable of. Still, holding on to this secret has been painful, and Willow needs a friend to confide in now more than ever. When Chase and Willow were together — the first time — he knew it was most important that Willow be able to seek custody of Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) and help Michael keep his son out of Nelle Benson-Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) clutches. But Willow didn’t have the nerve to leave Chase, and the courts had to believe Michael and Willow were truly in love.
So Chase hatched a plan with Michael’s then-girlfriend, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) to stage an affair so they’d get themselves dumped and leave Willow and Michael to be together. It worked, but it still tore everyone to pieces. So, Chase knows a thing or two about telling a lie or hiding the truth in the name of love.

It hasn’t been that long since Willow stomped all over Chase’s heart when she and Michael had an affair while she was married to Chase.
