General Hospital Spoilers: Will Sonny Ever Make Peace with Dex Now That He’s Properly Medicated?

General Hospital spoilers tease Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) said their piece last month when they ran into one another in the park. Dex was fearful that Sonny may have come to finish the job he started, but that wasn’t the case.

The mob master tabled his feelings of animosity and betrayal and told Dex he would leave him alone as long as Dex stayed out of his way. The two haven’t spoken since.

We see no reason for them to now, given that Dex is on his way to becoming a police cadet. But Sonny just might have more to add to the story now that he knows why he was acting the way he was back then. Will Dex hear him out?

Of course, Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) could let Dex know everything he needs to know at this point. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is well aware of what really happened to Sonny.

She knows someone was tampering with his meds, which makes sense because the entire time he was behaving so erratically, she thought there must have been some way he was off his medication.

Surely, Sonny can assume Joss has filled Dex in by now. Does it really warrant any further discussion?

GH Spoilers Hint Sonny Isn’t That Sentimental

Sonny may have thought a time or two that Dex might appreciate an explanation about how things went so horribly wrong, but he’s not that keen on giving someone who betrayed him that kind of satisfaction.

Besides, they pretty much agreed to let bygones be bygones. Why kick up dust now just to add to the list of excuses for his poor behavior at Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) wedding?

General Hospital Spoilers — Does Dex Deserve an Apology?

It also likely crossed Sonny’s mind that Dex isn’t really entitled to an apology. Obviously, it was out of character for Sonny to go postal on someone like that in such a public place.

He normally has more restraint — when he’s being treated for his bipolar disorder. Given that he wasn’t, it might mean something to Dex to hear it from the horse’s mouth that he wouldn’t have done that if he had been sufficiently medicated.

But Sonny can’t go back, and he doesn’t really want to either. Besides, he has a lot on his plate right now with Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) grieving and FBI Special Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington) lurking in the shadows.
