General Hospital Spoilers: Gio Is Connected To The Cerullos
Giovanni Palmieri is approximately 21 years old, his birthdate being listed as approximately 2003 in the GH Fandom Wiki. He currently attends Port Charles University, having formerly attended St. Joseph’s University and Fordham University. His parents were Francis Palmieri (uncast) and Camila Palmieri (uncast) both deceased-the story is his father was killed in action in Afghanistan and his mother, a concert violinist also died.
Gio was ten when his mother, who played for the New York Philharmonic died and was taken in by other Cerullo relatives. Camila Cerullo Palmieri is mentioned as a Cerullo cousin, but whether she’s a first cousin of Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) generation or perhaps a second cousin isn’t explained.
GH Spoilers: Currently Unattached
Gio is currently unattached although he’s forming close friendships with both Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). He inadvertently brought up grief in Trina in an encounter at the Metro Court Pool where the scenario reminded him of when she met Spencer Cassadine (most recently Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
Trina has become close enough and bonded to Gio as a friend to confide certain things in him, including about Spencer for which he apologized. She also confided in Gio her distress about seeing Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) plunge through Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) Metro Court Suite window in reference to her trusting Ava or not.
Gio assisted Josslyn in getting Kristina out of the pool and on a backboard, and fans noticed the cringey faces he made as he saw the event as well.
General Hospital Spoilers: What Might Lie Ahead For Gio?
A hot button question might be what might lie ahead for Gio-he is still heavily invested in his music. He played for Harrison and Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase’s (Josh Swickard, Amanda Setton) wedding, which is the episode when the character was introduced.
A current storyline has a pending new record label being started by Brook Lynn, funded by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for Kristina’s partner.
