General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Marshall More Worried About, Curtis Investigating Who Shot Him, Or Portia’s Reaction?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) is worried about Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) decision to investigate whose bullet landed in him.
But he’s doing so with his ex-wife and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) rival, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) teaming up with him-is he more worried about Curtis’ safety, or Portia’s reaction?
General Hospital Spoilers: Marshall Ashford Asks If That’s A Good Idea
Marshall asks Curtis if he really thinks that’s a good idea, when he finds out Curtis and Jordan are teaming up to find the Metro Court sniper.
The original theory was that the sniper was after either Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Anna Devane, (Finola Hughes) who were sitting together when the shots began.
Curtis was walking towards a table where Portia, Jordan and Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston) were sitting when he was hit by a bullet-it was thought it was a ricochet.
Curtis has started to consider that maybe he wasn’t just in the wrong place at the wrong time, considering the problems they were having with Selina Wu (Lydia Look).
She’s been trying to get his club, The Savoy away from him ever since he was shot and finally recovered enough to be released from GH.
GH Spoilers: Danger Detecting, Or Danger At Home?
Marshall asks if Curtis is worried about Portia’s jealousy rising up over him spending so much time working with Jordan, and Curtis says she’s just helping him look over the files.
As Deputy Mayor she has access, even though she did go to Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) for help looking into them off the record.
Now that they’re both civilians, it’s ironic that Jordan says they make a good team, when their divorce was over her keeping work secrets from him!
But at that time she was under duress by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) whose henchmen had kidnapped TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and couldn’t risk his life by telling Curtis.
General Hospital Spoilers: What If Curtis Ashford Was The Target?
Marshall is concerned for Curtis’ safety, though, asking him what if it turns out he was the target? Curtis does know the weapon that was found came from a WSB arsenal in Berlin, but that doesn’t mean anything-the weapon was likely stolen and bought from an arms dealer.
It did make sense in assuming Anna may have been the target, since she was in the WSB at the time-but then Sonny had been shot at earlier as well.
Curtis refuses to worry about it-if he was the target, why didn’t the hit man finish him off in the hospital? Still, Marshall worries about the danger to Curtis, but also worries about the danger to Curtis’ marriage!
