General Hospital Spoilers Week of February 17-21: Cyrus’ Next Victim, Sonny’s Target, Carly’s Suspicions
General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate the week of February 17-21 will offer some explosive moments in the land of Port Charles. What’s set to unfold?
Well, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) strikes at his next victim, while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) targets a new enemy, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) suspects someone is lying to her.
Carly Spencer Grills Jason Morgan
While it was nice that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) came clean to his son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) about pretending to be the father of Sasha Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) baby, he may have to add one more person to the list of people ‘in the know’.
It looks like Carly will suspect that Jason is lying about the whole thing – or she’ll believe he’s not telling her the entire story. She can read Jason well, so will he end up telling her the truth and the reason why he’s lying?
Cyrus Renault’s Next Victim
Across town, it sounds like Cyrus will look to eliminate his next victim, and the way the show has been setting up scenes, will Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be at risk?
This might be an opportunity for Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) to jump in and save the day to solidify the L&L reunion; however, at the end of the day, Cyrus is a psychopath, and he could redirect his focus at the drop of a hat.
After all, both Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) have been playing with fire where the criminal is concerned, so only time will tell who lands in a dire fate at the hands of Cyrus.
Sonny Corinthos Juggles Family & Mob Drama
Lastly, Sonny will have his plate full next week dealing with mob drama and trying to iron out a custody agreement with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Sonny will propose a custody compromise for Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) with his baby momma soon; however, it sounds like Ava’s lawyer, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) may have some issues with some parts of it.
Still, due to the nature of the situation, will Ric decide to move past this and secure an agreement?
Ric’s concerns might be the least of Sonny’s worries, as his other daughter, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) may be beside herself when she realizes her dad is giving in to Ava’s demands.
With that said, Avery clearly misses her mom, and Sonny has to think about her needs, too.
In other Sonny news, there’s a good chance he may hear about a new emerging threat in Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). After all, now that the villain has settled into town, he is going after Sonny’s territory, which may have the mob boss’s back against the wall and ready to strike back.
There’s been speculation that Sidwell might be Natalia Ramirez’s (Eva LaRue) ex, could she say something to Sonny about him? Will the topic come up if she sees him in town? How will Sonny decide to deal with Sidwell? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
