Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) cook up a shocking plot, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) comes to sad conclusions and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) makes desperate pleas.
General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin And Brennan’s Shocking Plot
In what appears to be an office at Pentonville Prison, Valentin and Brennan updates Brennan on Sonny’s tampered with meds, and they cook up a shocking plot!
Valentin had made a deal with the distributor of Sonny’s bipolar drugs to make them quarter strength, and he tells Brennan they make him erratic and angry.
He must have a pharmacy tech at Sonny’s drugstore in on it as well or anyone on the same prescription will spiral like Sonny is.
Brennan adds to the shocking plot as he tells Valentin “we eliminate Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and pin it on Sonny! Jason is one of the people Sonny no longer trusts so that will be easy, and they’ll have killed two birds with one stone.
GH Spoilers: Sonny’s Sad Conclusion
Elsewhere, Sonny is talking to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and telling him about “the only person in my family right now that I can trust!”
Obviously, Sonny must be referring to Dante himself with that statement, and both men look very serious-Sonny’s recently cut off even Carly, and Jason, his former best friend. It sounds like Sonny doesn’t even trust his daughters, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) and Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears)!
But apparently, for whatever reason he thinks he can still trust Dante, and that’s a good thing. Dante may be one of the few people who can help and protect his father, who’s come to the sad conclusion he can’t trust anyone else!
General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Desperate Pleas
Elsewhere, Carly and Sonny are arguing and Carly is screaming at him in frustration-she says he’s not making any sense, it’s like everybody’s out to – and then her voice trails off.
Carly’s made an important realization about Sonny-she’s seen this kind of anger and paranoia before, before he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder! Like Jason did previously, she’ll come to the conclusion that Sonny must be off his meds-or perhaps that his meds have been tampered with.
She may connect the dots to Ava Jerome (Maura West) who tampered with their late son Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) meds, contributing to his death. But this time, it’s not Ava, although she’s not doing a whole lot to help Sonny or find out why his drugs are a quarter strength or less!

Let Ava go down for not helping Sonny.
Ava needs to be locked up for good. She has a real habit at messing with people with mental illness. She uses it to her advantage.
