General Hospital Spoilers: The End Of Jasper Jacks and Jason Morgan?

General Hospital spoilers reveal that we won’t be seeing too much of Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks and Jason Morgan anymore. In fact, it’s very possible that we will never see them on the Port Charles scene again.

General Hospital Spoilers: Will Jax and Jason Ever Return?

While ABC has not confirmed Ingo Rademacher’s exit as Jax, media outlets reported on it two weeks ago when Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) confirmed he was off the show in a tweet after he posted a transphobic meme. As for Burton, he has not been outspoken about his rumored exit, but both departures seem to be due to the actors refusing to comply with Disney’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, with Disney owning ABC and General Hospital.

The door seems to have been left open for their return in case the actors do decide to just get vaccinated like so many millions of Americans have already done, but for now, it looks like GH will have to go on without them. Rademacher hasn’t had much story as Jax of late and has come and gone through the years, but Burton always has a front burner story and has only exited the soap once since he first started playing Jason in 1992.

Back Down Under and Buried in the Rubble

While it sure would have been dramatic to see Jax shot and killed in a mob shootout and have Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) blame Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) for her father’s death, Jax just decided there’s nothing for him in Port Charles at the moment and is returning to his native Australia. Josslyn is all grown now and can visit him if she wants.

But Jason’s exit was much more perilous, with him buried beneath the rubble in the tunnels in the Cassadine Island compound. While it’s possible Jason escaped and isn’t under the rubble after all and a body double is there to make people think he is dead so that Burton could return if he chooses to get vaccinated, for now, it looks like Jason will once again be presumed dead and Drew Cain will take his place in the hearts of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly once again. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see if Jax and Jason ever make their return.
