General Hospital Spoilers: Surprising Recasts and Celebrated Returns – The Inside Scoop On A Popular Vet Return And Two Teen Recasts

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease surprising recasts and celebrated returns during the week of May 6. Here’s the inside scoop on the return of a popular soaps veteran returning in a new role, and two unexpected recasts in the teen scene.

General Hospital Spoilers: Lane Davies Returns In A Brand New Role

Daytime veteran Lane Davies, widely recognized for his portrayal of Mason Capwell on Santa Barbara, has been chosen to bring attorney Fergus Byrne to life.

Fergus is the older sibling of the late Neil Byrne (Joe Flanagan), who was previously Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) psychiatrist and boyfriend before tragically overdosing at her residence.

Keep an eye out for Fergus’ highly anticipated debut later this month; he’ll appear at Alexis’ hearing to reinstate her law license, being a member of the board.

It’s worth noting that Davies is no stranger to General Hospital, having previously portrayed Dr. Cameron Lewis from 2002 to 2004. Cameron Lewis was Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) paternal grandfather, having been Zander Smith’s (Chad Brannon) father, and Cameron Webber’s namesake.

GH Spoilers: Alley Mills Is Back

Daytime Emmy nominee Alley Mills, the latest iteration of Heather Webber is back on Tuesday, May 7 when Laura Collins (Genie Francis) pays her a visit in Pentonville.

Heather recently had an operation to replace a leaky hip replacement that poisoned her, and may have caused some of her bizarre and criminal behavior.

Longtime viewers will recall that Heather and Laura have known each other for many years, Heather having been married to Laura’s uncle, Jeff Webber (most recently Rick Moses).

Heather and Laura now share a grandson who Laura and her husband Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) adopted, Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay).

General Hospital Spoilers: Teen Scene Recasts-One Permanent, One Temporary

There are two recasts in Port Charles’ teen scene, one permanent, the other temporary; Tristan Riggs is now portraying Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) youngest son, Aiden Webber.

Riggs, who debuted recently, has an impressive resume with appearances on primetime shows like Walker, True Lies, and Best Foot Forward.

He takes over the role from Enzo De Angelis, who had been playing Aiden since 2021-Aiden’s beginning a cutting edge storyline about bullying of gay teenagers.

Additionally, in terms of the children in the show, Juliet Donenfeld has stepped in as Georgie Spinelli, Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) daughter, filling in for Lily Fisher temporarily.

The talented young actress made her debut just last week, the day before Tristan Riggs’ first appearance as Aiden.
