General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Claps Back, Doesn’t Like Family’s Treatment Of Nina
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will clap back at his family soon. He doesn’t like his family’s treatment of his girlfriend Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and he’s going to address it.
General Hospital Spoilers: It’s Just Plain Unfair
The way Sonny’s family disrespects Nina is just plain unfair, considering Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has moved on and they’re divorced. Carly and Olivia Quartermaine, (Lisa LoCicero) who Sonny considers family because of their son Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) consider Nina’s purchase of Carly’s half of the Metro Court theft. Truth is, when Nina bought it she offered it back to Carly as a gift; no strings attached, but Carly refused to take it from her.
Now Olivia and Nina have constant squabbles over Nina running the Metro Court without consulting with Olivia on decisions. Carly, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Kateyn MacMullen) view her as a dangerous predator who has to be kept away from Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver); Sonny’s had enough.
GH Spoilers: Nina Reeves Came To The Rescue
Nina came to the rescue recently at the Quartermaine picnic after Olivia made a mistake in ordering some desserts. Sonny pointed out that she’d neglected to change the shipping address from the same as the billing address when she’d made the order. Olivia was frantically calling the vendor she always used at the Metro Court, and the order was delivered to the Metro Court.
Nina was at the Metro Court pool talking to her mother, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) when an employee ran up nearly in tears. The new pastry chef had been appalled at the delivery, and soon Nina figured it out and she packed the desserts in her car and rushed to the Quartermaine compound.
General Hospital Spoilers: Appreciative, Not So Much
Even after Nina saved the day by delivering the desserts herself, all Olivia and Carly did was stare at her like she had horns. Not even a thank you from Olivia, she and Sonny had just put out a grill fire when Nina rushed over. Afterwards, no one’s surprised if she’s asked to vacate the premises, right in front of Sonny who’d wanted to bring her as his date.
Sonny lets his family members have it for treating Nina like they do; he doesn’t like them disrespecting her. Granted, he feels somewhat in the middle because they are his family and she’s his girlfriend but they’ve been acting just plain inexcusable.
