General Hospital Spoilers: Scandal With Willow And Nina Sends Drew’s Campaign Up In Smoke
General Hospital spoilers tease that Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Matheson) already has an uphill battle regarding his new campaign to run for Congress.
His opponent, Chelsea Grimes, has been described with many colorful terms; but given all of that she seems like a formidable rival. She also seems like someone not afraid to win at all costs.
Drew’s already has quite a controversial history. He’s been brainwashed into becoming a mindless assassin. And perhaps even more damaging is his recent prison stint for insider trading.
General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Quartermaine already has much to explain!
For someone who’s planning to run his campaign as a former war hero with enough wealth to avoid being bought off, he’s going to have a hard time explaining his recent criminal stint.
Of course, it’s not really Drew’s fault. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) acted on information from both Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) when she tried to buy up stock in Aurora Media.
Carly was aware that Aurora could be merging with ELQ, so she sold her half of the Metro Court to buy up the stock. Carly had no idea what she did was wrong, but it made both Carly and Drew (Michael too technically) of insider trading.
Drew could potentially throw Carly under the bus when question about it come up on the campaign trail, but he’s not likely to do that.
GH Spoilers – Drew Quartermaine is sleeping with Nina Reeves!
Drew’s personal like is also like up for scrutiny. Up until recently, he was involved with Carly but they separated after Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) suddenly returned to town.
Drew has more recently been sleeping with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). The situation Is a bit scandalous on its own because Nina is the one who tipped Drew and Carly off to the SEC, which is why Drew went to prison for insider trading.
But Nina is also Drew’s employee as the Editor-in-Chief of Crimson Magazine which is owned by Aurora Media.
General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Quartermaine kissed Willow Tait
Drew also recently shared a kiss with the very married Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Not only is Willow married to Drew’s nephew Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), but she is Nina’s daughter.
Drew and Willow swore nothing would ever happen again, but that seems unlikely and may even escalate into a full-blown affair. If that happens Drew will be sleeping with both mother and daughter.
If Chelsea Grimes gets ahold of information like that, she will certainly use it to destroy Drew’s campaign.
