General Hospital Spoilers: Nina’s Warning to Charlotte May Be Her Last, Will She Betray Charlotte to Save Willow?
General Hospital spoilers say Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) would do just about anything for her daughter, Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), and it’s looking like she’s about to show us just how far that means she’ll go.
No matter who goes down for shooting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), and whether they’re guilty or not, it doesn’t matter to Nina.
All that matters is that it isn’t her daughter. I’d go as far as to say Nina would feel that way even if it was Willow who shot Drew, and she’d probably support her attempt to do so.
I have to wonder who is going to be Nina’s next victim as she tries to point the finger toward anyone but Willow. It didn’t work out so well for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), and now Nina may have some apprehension about naming more names.
Portia Was a Bust
Nina took some serious risks and made several careful moves to try to ensure that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) ended up with the information Nina believed she needed on Portia.
Certainly, it was never Nina nor Alexis’ intent to expose Portia’s affair with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) on the stand right in front of Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), but the hotshot attorney was trying to make a point that could’ve turned everyone’s heads away from Willow.
Unfortunately, Portia was right that Alexis wasn’t going to get the answer she wanted or was looking for. Now, Drew is ticked at Alexis for even going down this path, but he and Willow have no idea it was Nina who pointed her over that target. Who’s next?
GH Spoilers Report Nina Could Share Drew’s Desperation
Don’t be surprised if Nina suddenly starts singing a different tune about Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). She is absolutely gunning for that guy and thinks he may have set Willow up.
She may not know what to make of his alibi, or his new relationship with Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), but her threats to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) promising Michael’s day is coming paint a very different story — one in which Willow doesn’t take the fall for this but Michael does.
Drew is itching to claim he remembers Michael being the shooter, and so far Nina has pushed back on this idea — feeling it would compromise Willow’s case. It still could, and it’s a long shot, but without any other options on the table, I could see Nina taking it and telling Drew to speak up.
Charlotte Got a Pass…This Time
Most recently, Nina was supposed to gather intel on Valenin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) from Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke), but instead, she burned Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and warned Charlotte not to share details of communicating with her dad with anyone — not even her (Nina).
But Jack is likely to come down hard on Nina for this and push back even more — alongside threats of making sure WIllow goes away being as easy for him to pull off as making sure that evidence was deemed inadmissible.
That means just because Nina gave Charlotte a heads up this time doesn’t mean she won’t be playing her for a fool the next time they meet.
