General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Won’t Have to Turn Carly In — Someone Else Does Her Dirty Work for Her

General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is fighting back the urge to report Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to the SEC for insider trading. She knows that decision would take Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) down, too, but honestly, she thinks he might deserve the takedown after how little compassion he showed her on the heels of everything Carly did.

The back-and-forth battle between Nina and Carly continues to wage, and it’s hard to affirmatively say who started it. However, Nina is going to come rather close to ending it and confirming that she has the last word — until someone else beats her to the punch.

General Hospital Spoilers — Ava Does Carly In

Ava is so tired of hearing Nina lament over Carly and do nothing about it — especially now that she holds the keys to the castle. Ava may think her bestie just needs to see how it’s done, but Nina might not be all that happy with Ava’s decision after it’s over.

Ava is taking a big risk helping Nina out in this way, too, because Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) won’t be happy if and when he finds out it was Ava’s doing that landed his other baby mama behind bars. Sure, it was Carly’s own actions that ultimately put her there, but Ava didn’t have to show the SEC the way, and we all know Carly is never accountable where Sonny is concerned.

GH Spoilers Hint Ned Just Needed a Nudge

It’s also possible that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) might finally follow through on his threat and turn Drew and Carly in for insider trading. He’s been waging a war with Drew ever since he felt his position at ELQ was threatened by him last year when Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) wanted to merge the company with Aurora Media. Still, Ned has let sleeping dogs lie thus far; does he really want to kick up all of that dust now — in the midst of Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) nearly losing her life?

General Hospital Spoilers — Liesl Will Bear the Burden

Another plausible theory is that Liesl will take the reins and bear this burden for Nina so that she doesn’t have to. This is the most likely outcome because Liesl truly feels like she has nothing left to lose. She doesn’t really care what happens to her now that her daughter and only remaining child, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), is dead. Liesl might alleviate some stress from Nina by putting Carly away, but she’s going to bring forth a new swath of it, too. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this pans out.
