General Hospital spoilers tease Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) is about to put Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) on the spot in a major way. Dex has been promising Joss he would be leaving Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) employ, and at such a point, he would come clean with her about who he’s been working for. It’s too bad for Joss that the reality Dex has been promising her isn’t going to come to fruition.
In fact, the closer he gets to closing the deal on Sonny’s enterprise, the more the wheels are going to wobble until the whole operation rides off the rails. As Joss witnesses this from the sidelines, she’s going to start demanding some answers. Will Dex tell her the truth?
General Hospital Spoilers — The Warehouse Sniper was Strike One
When Dex caught that sniper in the corner of his eye, Sonny was truly impressed. Neither of them had time in the moment to think about anything but getting out of there and waiting for the guy with the gun to be taken out. Dex’s skill would see to it that they both survived, and that was probably a planned part of the test Sonny intended to throw Dex’s way. Still, if the sniper was a plant and Sonny is just setting Dex up, he’s proving just how ruthless he can be.

Joss is going to wonder what happened when Dex comes around from his entanglement with Sonny at the warehouse feeling like he’s on cloud nine. This kind of thing happens to mobsters from time to time. They engage in this dangerous behavior that gets their bodies pumping adrenaline and producing a high like nothing else they’ve ever experienced. It’s quite intoxicating and Joss grew up around enough of it to know it when she sees it. It’s going to leave her wondering if her mom was right about Dex and worried he won’t ever really leave the business.
General Hospital Spoilers — Joss Won’t Be Able to Understand
Joss might know what she’s looking at when she sees Dex still coming down from the shootout at the warehouse, but she also will know she is powerless to stop what lies ahead. Dex might be telling her that he wants out of this and only got into it to take Sonny down, but now that he’s in it, it’s clear he likes the dangerous lifestyle it comes with. What is even more worrisome is that Sonny’s opinion matters to Dex, and he’s clearly overjoyed that Sonny was so proud of his ability to think quickly on his feet. Joss is never going to understand the appeal of that lifestyle, but she’s also not willing to give up on Dex. So is she really any better? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
