According to General Hospital spoilers, the promo for the week of December 4, 2023, is out. The clip shows Nina getting jealous of Carly becoming the mob target. Nina seemingly wished it was her instead. Her reaction said it all. Fans couldn’t help but notice this very scene.

GH Spoilers: Nina Gets Jealous Of Carly
Fans took to the thread to react. One user wrote: “Oh great, Nina is about to complain about how it’s unfair that Sonny’s enemy is targeting Carly and not her.”
One responded: “Haha oh Nina sure do you want to be a mob target? Go right ahead!”
A third user added: “You are probably right! lol On a serious note – targeting Carly is smarter – Carly knows more about the business AND I still think Sonny will always be more loyal to her than Nina. Too bad he is a bad guy – he can Carly might be great together!”
The General Hospital spoilers suggest that targeting Carly is a better move than with Nina. She knows more about the mob business than Nina does. Nina just wishes she was in with them. Also, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is more loyal to Carly than he is to Nina. Some fans would love to see them end up together.
General Hospital Spoilers: Anna’s Connection To Pikeman
The General Hospital spoilers also teased Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) connection to Pikeman. Some fans noticed in the promo that Pikeman wants both Sonny and Anna. They’re trying to put the pieces together.
One user asked: “So Pikeman wants Sonny AND Anna? What is her connection? Former lover? If it were Valentine related why not target him? Anna’s past is getting more colorful as the years go by.”
Another user responded: “Well, they did mention a disgruntled former WSB agent as someone going after Anna. Sonny has always been on everyone’s radar as the person who controls the waterways of the east coast for illicit shipping.”

GH hasn’t ended one storyline in Months, which is driving me Crazy to the point that I’M going to stop watching for awhile!! I’ll prove that when I return after a few months NOTHING will have changed drastically just wait and see!!
