It seems that Sam might make it through the surgery, but could die afterward. In any case, Sam will have some sweet moments with Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante). Unfortunately, that hospital moment will be Scout’s last memory of her mother.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 21 reveal that Maxie will blab Sasha’s secret to Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). Sasha tells Maxie she won’t allow Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) to take Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) away from her.
Maxie looks pretty uncomfortable and for good reason! Meanwhile, Holly tells Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) about Sasha.
Holly also faces off with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) fumes over Holly’s actions.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be cautious. Plus, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) makes a vow to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Curtis might want to make sure that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) doesn’t expose Portia’s sin.
Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) struggles during a major crisis. Carly issues a plea to Jason, which might be about her dynamic with Brennan. Also, Steven Webber (Scott Reeves) returns as Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) son.
