Carly Spencer Suspects
GH spoilers for the week of April 29 reveal that Carly will make a revelation about Sonny. Carly knows that Sonny isn’t acting like himself, but hasn’t thought about the mental health aspect.
Carly even told Sonny that she barely recognizes him anymore. More recently, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) told Carly about Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Fans will see Carly begin to make a realization about her ex-husband. Perhaps Carly starts to wonder if there’s a problem with Sonny’s bipolar meds? Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) might tell Carly that he asked Sonny if he’s taking his meds, and he said yes.
So, could that lead Carly to test Sonny’s meds just as Ava secretly did? The difference is that Carly would tell Sonny immediately.
GH Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine Returns
During the week of April 29, fans will see Ava pay a visit to Nikolas. Now, Nikolas is still locked up in Pentonville Prison. During the visit, Nikolas asks Ava if she’s in love with Sonny. It is teased that Ava will open up to her ex-husband.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 29 reveal that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) assures Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Meanwhile, Anna asks Jason to investigate Valentin.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has a proposition for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). In a preview clip, Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) ask someone about a mystery meeting. This could lead to Willow questioning her career as a nurse at the hospital.
Jason interrogates Dex. Jason might also bring up Dex’s promise to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Jason assured Josslyn he wouldn’t let Sonny kill Dex. When Jason meets Dex, he might advise him not to piss off Sonny anymore. Dex had to know how Sonny would react to him becoming a police officer.
Maxie will come up with a new plan. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) have a heart-to-heart about their relationship. Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) pays a visit to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Over with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), her loved ones will continue to worry about her emotional state regarding Sonny’s sins. Plus, Sonny warns Dante about Dex.

During the week of May 6, 2024, Dex might continue with his training to be a police officer. Jason might have to intervene since Sonny might continue to be infuriated by Dex.
Jason will also look into Valentin for Anna. What will Jason discover? Will he uncover the truth, or will Valentin cover his tracks too well?
Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), they should be closer to their wedding day.
Will Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) make it to the wedding day, though? With Sonny’s meds tampered with and being invited to the wedding, there is bound to be chaos!
