General Hospital spoilers for the next 2 weeks suggest some twists. We can expect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to keep a secret. Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) has another run-in with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Carly Spencer’s Secret

Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s talk about what is happening from July 20 to 24, 2026. We will see Carly keep a secret from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). It’s not clear what kind of secret this is, but it won’t be good for the romance. 

While Carly keeps secrets, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has assigned Brick (Stephen A. Smith) a task. That task will be to divide Carly and Valentin. So, the secret-keeping could further make a mess out of this romance.

Pig Declaration

Over with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), she’ll get passionate with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Then, the lady blasts him for being a disgusting pig. Of course, passion isn’t the only reason why Nina and Jack are together. They are looking for the black base that Valentin has.

Elsewhere, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) makes a confession to Sonny. The blonde will admit that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) isn’t the one who tried to kill Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). 

Then, later in the week, Sonny has a heart-to-heart with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). 

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will return to work. Then, it is teased that Anna has an offer for Chase. However, I wonder if this could be a mistake.

Tristan and Britt have another encounter. Despite Britt hating him, she seems to hate everyone. So, I wonder if there could be some romance in the future.

Plus, Liz challenges Willow! 

Next 2 Weeks

General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 27 reveal that fans might see what is in Jason’s future. The right-hand man might have to have a chat with Sonny about not returning to the mob business. After all, Jason’s priority has to be his family right now.

Also, Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) will debut on July 30. 

Also, Kayden Brennan Tokarski will play an aged up Scout Cain Quartermaine. It will be interesting to see the child interact with her father, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). However, Scout was also super close to Willow, so things could get complicated.
