General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) is determined to have a place in his family’s company ELQ. Ned has found out that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) want to merge ELQ with Aurora Media. Michael and Drew believe that the merger would help them to remove Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) from running ELQ.
Michael and Drew have assured Ned that he would have a position in the new ELQ but Ned is skeptical of the offer. Valentin found out about the merger and does not want to lose his position at ELQ. Ned has been approached by Valentin who wants his help.

Valentin and Lucy had Deception sponsor the 2020 General Hospital Nurses Ball. Valentin has been able to share in the current success of the IPO launch of Deception.
Valentin has worked with different people who have been a part of Aurora Media. Valentin had dealings with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) when he was Chief Operating Officer of Aurora Media. Valentin helped his ex-wife Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with issues that she had concerning her fashion publication Crimson Magazine. Valentin has knowledge of the way that Aurora Media functions as a company.

Ned may believe Austin could help him and Valentin stop Michael and Drew’s efforts to take control of ELQ. Really? How could Austin help Ned or Valentin get shares of ELQ. Ned is a sneaky Q who has done some really questionable things to get his way. Would he really betray his FAMILY to save the FAMILY BUSINESS? That is not something Lila would approve of.

Ned has an ego out of this world, to team up with Valentine to get what he wants. He deserves whatever he gets in the end. This is the same thing his daughter did (Greed)!!!
