General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie’s Shocking Job Offer Teases Big Changes For Cody

General Hospital spoilers tease that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) thoroughly enjoys working at the Quartermaine Stable. Cody has obviously been around horses his whole life judging from the excellent care he provides every single day.

He certainly seems more comfortable with animals than he does with most other humans. Cody did share an attraction with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Tragically, Britt was murdered by the Hook, so Cody backed away from human interactions for the most part.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cody Bell Formed A Real Connection With Sasha Gilmore

Eventually, Cody met Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) not long after Sasha’s husband Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) also fell victim to the Hook, who turned out to be Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

The loss of Brando was just one more tragedy in Sasha’s life and she eventually started taking pills again to help dull her pain.

But Sasha’s behavior became more erratic and prone to violence until she finally hit rock bottom. But in order to stay out of prison, Sasha had to agree to have a conservator control her finances until she recovered.

Sasha has finally taken control of her life back. Part of the reason Sasha was able to beat her addiction and regain her mental health was because Cody stood by her no matter what.

To have that level of support has made all the difference in Sasha’s life. When a famous photographer informed Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that he had a rare open slot for an impromptu photo shoot for Deception, Sasha was amazimg.

Maxie called Cody to bring an alpaca for that shoot. But it wasn’t the alpaca who captured the photographer’s attention.

Cody stayed in front of the camera with both Sasha and the alpaca. And the chemistry between Sasha and Cody was so powerful that Maxie couldn’t take her eyes off of them, and neither could the photographer.

Once Maxie sees the final product, she will make a shocking offer to Cody. There has never been a male Face of Deception in the past but Maxie will offer Cody the job as a way to make Sasha stronger, and not to replace her.

Cody won’t take the position if it makes Sasha uncomfortable but he will admit he could use the money.
