General Hospital Spoilers: Martin Accidentally Exposes Valentin’s Location – Lawyer Lying About Client Contact All Along?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that as Martin Grey (Micheal E. Knight) continues to claim he has zero involvement with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), it’s hard not to think that he may be lying.
As the story goes, Martin has noted he cut ties with the criminal shortly after Valentin went on the run.
He’s also stated that as Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is his niece, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) is part of his family; however if he knows that Charlotte is safe and well taken care of, this would be reason enough to stay in contact with Valentin and potentially filter information to keep Cassadine one step ahead from those looking for him.
GH Spoilers: Martin & Valentin Were Always Close
GH spoilers remind fans Martin wasn’t only Valentin’s lawyer; he was also his friend. The two worked closely together, and while Valentin was involved in some sketchy Pikeman deals, Martin knows that he’s got an incredible commitment to his daughter and has worked overtime to keep her happy and safe. He also knows the bond that Charlotte shares with her papa.
While Lulu wants nothing more than to have Charlotte in Port Charles with her, Martin may believe that Charlotte is exactly where she should be.
Plus, Martin is likely getting paid handsomely to keep Valentin’s whereabouts a secret and to possibly filter intel about what’s going on in the little town, back to Cassadine.
GH Spoilers: Will Martin Be The Key To Exposing Valentin’s Whereabouts?
If Martin is lying, and he’s been in contact with Valentin all along, then he’ll get caught, sooner or later. The red flag with his story is that he’s mentioned breaking ties with Valentin to Lulu, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), as well as both Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
He’s told so many people that he’s bound to slip up – or someone is bound to hear him on the phone with Valentin.
