General Hospital Spoilers: Heather Cannot Be The Only Hook-Why Would She Give Ava A Gun If She Was?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) cannot be the only Hook-why would she give Ava Jerome (Maura West) a gun? Would she not have finished her off instead of giving her a means for escape and killing Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom)?
General Hospital Spoilers: Giving Ava Jerome A Gun Makes No Sense
If Heather were the only Hook and not a copycat, why would she give her a gun and tell her to use it on Ryan-after helping Ryan escape from Spring Ridge? Of course, we cannot discount Heather’s very strong Mama Bear instincts that emerged after she started getting to know their now young adult daughter Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Heather likely does know who the true Hook is and she likely has been committing some of the murders, starting with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse).
But, that first kill attempt on Ava is a puzzler if Heather was the only Hook all along-why would she not have finished her off in the living room of Wyndemere? Was not Ava still an enemy as well as Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner)-why did she offer the two of them to get away?
GH Spoilers: Knowing What Ryan Chamberlain Really Is
Heather didn’t know whatever happened to “Richie” and he didn’t know whatever happened to “Hazel” unless the two of them were just lying to each other. Maybe they didn’t know who each other was back twenty something years ago, when the internet was not for the masses and certainly no smart phones. Ryan was in the DVX at that time, having been rescued from the funhouse fire and likely used as an assassin; since it’s doubtful he worked as a pediatrician.
Perhaps seeing Ryan in action and how he frightened Esmé-who also likely had never seen this side of him-did something to Heather and she decided he just wasn’t worth saving. That is a possibility-but back to the Hook murders, when the first attacks happened Esmé was missing, and not considered a Hook suspect so why would Heather want to copycat?
General Hospital Spoilers: Even The Cassadines Didn’t Know
Until Esmé resurfaced alive, even the Cassadines didn’t know if she were alive or dead. Ava had struggled with her over an envelope she didn’t want to turn loose and she fell from the parapet. Nikolas Cassadine (at that time Marcus Coloma) had burned her belongings in a barrel outside of Wyndemere with Ava and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) watching. Even Victor’s people couldn’t find Esmé and that was when Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was killed and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) was attacked.
As long as Esmé was missing and possibly dead, what reason would Heather have had to commit the Hook attacks-unless, Heather knew where she was and who was caring for her. The next time she saw Esmé show up in Spring Ridge, Esmé had amnesia and didn’t know either her or Ryan.
