General Hospital spoilers reveal Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is about to wake up after years spent in a coma that has stolen away precious time with her family she will never get back. In other words, Lulu will be itching to make up for lost time and spend every moment she can with her loved ones.

But just how many of them will flock to her bedside when she opens her eyes may surprise folks. Lulu’s absence has been felt throughout the Port Charles community, but so much has changed since she landed in that long-term care facility.

She too may be shocked by the many ways people have moved on — without her. But one will sting more than the rest.

Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) returning home has fans in a tizzy. They can’t wait to see Jackson face to face with so many co-stars as it’s been nearly a decade since his last trip to Port Chuck. Nothing will keep him away when he hears his little sister has beaten the odds and come out of this coma.

But she will have some tough questions for him about the time she’s been out of commission, and he won’t be able to answer many of them because he hasn’t been around — not even for his father’s memorial service.
