General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu Scrambles to Uncover the Mystery Behind Maxie’s Terrifying Collapse
Maxie’s collapse shakes Port Charles to its core—and Lulu starts digging into what really caused it, with Obrecht delivering a chilling theory about possible poisoning.
General Hospital spoilers tease that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havans) is facing a situation now that hits a little too close to home.
As viewers know, Lulu’s best friend Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) recently collapsed while filming a segment for Home & Heart. Paramedics arrived quickly and surmised that Maxie had suffered a heart attack.
This was especially frightening for Maxie because she had a heart transplant when she was a little girl.
Lucas Jones saved Maxie Jones!
Once Maxie arrived at General Hospital, Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) were able to get Maxie’s heart beating once again.
According to all test, Maxie should recover fully but she still hasn’t woken up. There is a legitimate concern that Maxie will fall into a coma although there doesn’t seem to be any reason for that except for a strange enzyme that was discovered in her bloodstream.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is already concerned that someone may have poisoned Maxie.
GH Spoilers – Jenz Sidwell may have poisoned Maxie Jones
Anna has every reason to be suspicious. Maxie had been considering going to the authorities about the money Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) invested in Deception.
The money came from Sonny’s criminal business, not his legitimate funds. The rest of Deception’s leadership team voted against going to the authorities, but Maxie didn’t want to go along with that.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has his own reason for wanting Maxie to keep quiet, and it’s very much looking like he tampered with Maxie’s face cream.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Spencer will begin an investigation
All of this hits a bit too close to home for Lulu. She recently awakened from a coma herself after four years of being unconscious.
She’s going to be very suspicious of Maxie’s sudden collapse and with skills as an investigative reporter, she is almost certainly going to want to find out what happened to her friend.
Maxie never gave up on Lulu when she was in a coma and now it’s Lulu’s chance to return the favor. But can she discover the truth and get justice?
