General Hospital Spoilers tease Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is downright terrified. As she should be, right? After what she did behind Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) back, my bets are on Lois scrambling to keep the truth under wraps in hopes that her daughter never decides she wants to look for her long lost child.

There’s just one problem: He’s not lost. Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins Bruening) knows exactly where he is — at the Quartermaine mansion.

Right now, Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is having doubts about how much he belongs at the estate, having recently felt Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) displeasure with him, but Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) helped him dust off his feelings and move forward. Like father, like son? How is Lois going to keep the truth from coming out now that Lulu knows she has already taken it to Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight)?

Is this going somewhere? Hey, the kid is going to need someone to confide in when he finds out his late mother was not the woman who gave birth to him after all, and that the dad he thought he lost in combat before he was born was never his father.

Instead, his mom and pops are right here — in-house. After he just finished telling Dante he would never want to lose the solidarity of the memory of his relationship with his mother, we expect Gio will be getting a hefty dose of exactly what he didn’t ask for soon.

GH Spoilers Leak Lois Can Run But She Can’t Hide

As for Lois, her grandson is likely to be none too happy with her when his world is turned upside down by her shenanigans. Will he find it in his heart to forgive her and recognize that she was only looking out for him? After all, Gio loved his mother, and he has Lois to thank for making sure that she was the woman who raised him.

Furthermore, Lois never wanted anyone to find out about this — even if it was for her own selfish reasons. Thus, she didn’t think she would ever cause anyone any heartache by keeping him in the family and never letting anyone know.

But now that Lulu knows, all bets are off. Of course, we don’t know yet that Lulu learned that Gio was the child involved. Not only is she aware of a child’s existence though, but she’s aware that someone went to Marty in hopes of making sure this truthbomb never got out. Will she figure out that it was Lois?

General Hospital Spoilers — Will Lulu Become an Ally?

If Lulu can connect the dots and realize that Marty’s notes were from a meeting with Lois, she may suspect that Brook Lynn put her up to it. She may even assume that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has no idea.

She already knows that Dante has no clue, because Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) confirmed that to her. Lulu could blow the lid off of this situation, or she could decide to keep Lois’ secret.
