General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of October 6, 2025. It shows Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) getting dragged to the police station after a house search. Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) does a total 180.

Elizabeth Baldwin Arrested
Let’s start off with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). The police commissioner and detectives serve a search warrant. They arrive at Liz’s house and begin searching the place.
The detectives know that if they find the gun, then they will find the shooter. Surprisingly, they find something while searching Liz’s place.
As Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) stands next to Liz, Anna comes downstairs. Then, the woman asks Liz to come down to the police station.
Drew Cain’s Suspect Board
Over at the police station, a suspect board is shown. Besides Liz, the other prime suspects include Willow, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Michael, and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).
Michael Corinthos’ Total 180
General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 6 reveal that Michael stuns Willow by making a total 180.
Right after learning that his joint alibi with Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell) might not stand up, Michael has a request for Willow.
The man asks his ex-wife to see the children. Before Michael was insistent on keeping them away from Willow. So, I’m not sure if I trust that the visit has no strings.
Maybe Michael and Willow make some sort of deal next? Just because Liz goes down to the station doesn’t necessarily mean the case is solved. Soaps usually have a few false arrests first.
At the same time, it could be a trick for Michael to find out for sure if Willow stalked Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson). Maybe that will be the deal they make.
Tracy Quartermaine’s Freak Out
At the Q mansion, everyone gathers for Monica’s will reading. However, Tracy totally flips out and says over her dead body. So, it sounds like there is chaos
. Does Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) get a big piece of the Q pie? Tracy was so certain that Michael was getting the house, she even asked him to let her stay.
It sounds like Ronnie might get the house instead. So, what does that mean for Tracy and the rest of the Quartermaine family?
