General Hospital Spoilers report Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) could see the concern in Lucas Jones’ (Van Hansis) eyes when he asked that she promise him she will steer clear of this mess with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
But what can really be expected of Joss when she’s grieving the loss of the man she loved, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer)? Believing Cyrus killed Dex, she wants justice for him and for the pain she is feeling every day when she wakes up realizing it wasn’t just a bad dream.
Unfortunately, the closer she gets to proving her hunch is right and that Cyrus did kill Dex, the closer she may get to sealing her own fate too. Cyrus may not take her out, but Joss could spend the rest of her life paying for killing him instead.
General Hospital Spoilers — Dex’s Parting Gift
When Joss was packing up Dex’s belongings, a gun was the last thing she expected to find in his dresser drawer. Why she never knew about it before was beyond what she was willing to consider at the time.
We just know she spent far too much time handling that pistol. It was as though she was daydreaming about how she could use it. Some fans have been questioning whether the grief she’s feeling will leave her feeling so low that she would harm herself, but it’s starting to look like she may be intent on harming someone else instead.
GH Spoilers Leak Everyone Wants Cyrus to Pay
Joss isn’t the only person who is chasing down every lead right now that seems to take her straight back to Cyrus. Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) are also hot on his tail.
So if Cyrus turns up dead, it could be a complex case trying to prove whodunnit. We just know Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) isn’t going to let Joss take the fall even if she is guilty.
If Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gives Joss the cover she needs to stay out of jail, does that mean someone else will be headed there in her place?

Some friendships have spanned generations in Port Charles, leaving many friends feeling more like family. But will Lucky still feel the same warmth and compassion toward Sonny if he protects Joss from having to pay for her crime — leaving the authorities to focus on Elizabeth and Lucky instead?
That’s assuming Lucky will even be privy to what is really going on in the aftermath of Joss shooting Cyrus in cold blood with a gun that we are assuming won’t trace back to Dex, which would easily pin it on her.
