General Hospital Spoilers: Joss Desperately Begs Sonny To Spare Dex
General Hospital spoilers tease that almost two years, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was so angry with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) for hurting his mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that he put a plan in action that would ultimately put Sonny in prison for the rest of his life.
To that end, he hired Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to infiltrate Sonny’s organization and gather enough evidence against Sonny to put him away.
But families often reconcile and that’s what happened here. Michael still wanted Dex to watch Sonny, but now the goal was to protect Sonny rather than hurt him.
General Hospital Spoilers – A Traitor in the midst!
The plan was that Sonny would never discover what Michael had planned or that Dex was still working for Michael in order to keep an eye of Sonny.
But recently, someone tried to kill Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) in Puerto Rico at Sonny’s safehouse.
Sonny realized that whoever the shooter was they had to have inside information about Sonny’s safety protocols. After seemingly clearing Brick (Stephen A Smith), their attention turned to Dex.
GH Spoilers – Brick Believes Dex is the traitor!
Brick believes that Sonny is being played by Dex. Sonny didn’t want to believe that Dex was could betray him, but Brick convinced him to at least let Brick investigate Dex more closely.
That means that Brick discovered that Dex has been receiving large sums of money to an off-shore bank account. He doesn’t know that Michael is the one who has been paying Dex so that will immediately make Dex look guilty to Sonny.
And there is only one way Sonny deals with betrayal, which means that Dex will soon be killed unless someone intervenes.
General Hospital Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks will plead for Dex Heller’s life!
Dex has fallen in love with Sonny’s former step-daughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). If Dex even suspects that Sonny believes he is in on the plot to kill Sonny, he may try to warn Josslyn that they need to run.
But Sonny may get to them first, leaving Josslyn to plead for Dex’s life. Sonny will believe that Joss doesn’t know the whole story, but it will be he who finds out that Dex actually was a mole but he was hired by Michael.
It might come out that Michael planned to have Sonny jailed even though he had a change of heart. But where will that leave Dex?
