General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will decide to handle the sex tape case personally in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!
General Hospital Spoilers – Jordan Ashford Realizes There Is Much More To The Case
General Hospital viewers will remember that Jordan first became aware of the case in a recent episode of General Hospital, it was because of smarmy tabloid style reporter Smoltz (David Lautman). Smoltz had cornered Jordan at a hospital elevator and started asking her all kinds of questions and wanted comments about the sex tape, or technically video uploaded to the internet featuring Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) first time having sex.
Jordan then had to arrest Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) for assault, when Smoltz made a snide remark about Josslyn putting it up herself and he literally knocked him off his feet! But when the tip that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) called into the tip line is brought to her, she knows there’s much more to the case than she realized and she decides to handle it on her own! There are some very, very sensitive situations involved and when the tipper accuses Trina Robinson (Tabayana Ali) she knows something doesn’t smell right!
General Hospital Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks And Cameron Webber Were Interviewed By A PCPD Detective
General Hospital viewers will recall that after Joss and Cam agreed to be interviewed for The Invader story, shortly after a detective arrived from the PCPD to question them as well. General Hospital viewers can see that there is action on the serious charges that the perpetrator will face once proven, and it won’t be very difficult – once Detective Lopez (unnamed actress) takes their report, Jordan will take over the whole case.
But the main reason she decides to take over is that her good friends’ Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) daughter is implicated through the tip line. Of course Jordan is concerned about Joss and Cam as well, but the whole tip sounds like a frame up to her, and a clear case of revenge porn. Jordan may be the mother of a boy, but she understands what Joss is going through and of course Cam; she wants to make sure the right person is arrested.
General Hospital Spoilers – Jordan Ashford Takes Statements About Esme Prince
General Hospital viewers can expect that Jordan will call in everyone related to the teens and take statements about their dealings with Esme. It is likely that by this time she’ll call in Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and all the parents, and probably Kevin and Laura Collins (Jon Lindstrom, Genie Francis) will find out that Esme may be involved.
General Hospital viewers can expect that Esme will lay the groundwork to exonerate herself long before she is ever brought in, but she doesn’t realize that even an anonymous call to a tip line can be traced! After all, many crimes are solved when the perpetrators call in themselves to lead the police away from themselves! And Esme shouldn’t underestimate the Corinthos family’s own investigators – Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) got the video scrubbed from the web and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) could even get Brick (Stephen A. Smith) involved!
