General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Suspects Sonny’s Off His Meds, Solicits Carly For An Intervention?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) had a meltdown over a recent encounter with Sonny Corinthios (Maurice Benard).
She couldn’t believe how he was behaving toward Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and she couldn’t wrap her head around his behavior.
Still, it takes time to reflect on a situation before it can be fully assessed.
GH Spoilers: Jason Morgan Is Very Intuitive
GH spoilers note that while Carly is confused about Sonny’s odd behavior, fans are not. During the Friday, March 29 episode, viewers were given a huge clue as to why he’s acting the way he is.
It seems as if Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is headed down a dark path again, as the leader of Pikeman. Instead of trying to take Sonny out on his own, Cassadine has organized the mob boss’s bipolar meds to be tampered with.
During the Jarly/Sonny confrontation on Friday’s show, Carly was in tears and outraged by Sonny’s reaction to Jason’s return, while Stone Cold sat back, calm, cool, and collected, but was rather observant, too.
He knows Sonny like the back of his hand, and while it has been a hot minute since the two have been face to face, fans could tell that Jason knew something was off about Sonny, but quietly trying to process it all.

Jason and Carly both know the warning signs when it comes to Sonny going off his meds. As Ava Jerome (Maura West) was the person behind Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) going off his meds, many years ago, and she has a newfound closeness to Sonny, Jarly may believe she’s behind this.
She may very well be. Ava’s been acting very strange now that she’s cozied up to Sonny, so only time will tell if she’s partnered up with Valentin to bring the mob boss to his knees.
Still, if Jason brings up the idea that Sonny may be off his meds to Carly, she could have an epiphany about it. Will the two organize an intervention for him? They’d have to bring in people who not only care for Sonny but who Corinthos will listen to.
In addition to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), the two may reach out to Dante Falconer (Dominic Zamprogna), Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), Louis Cerullo (Rena Sofer), and possibly, Brick (Stephen A. Smith)

The idea is great, but how will they be able to pull it off unless he is drugged, kidnapped and taken off to an undisclosed location. Sonny doesn’t want to have anything to do with almost anybody now other than Ava and certainly she wouldn’t be brought in to to try and help Sonny regain his senses. Sonny has been in a bad state ever since NF and it’s going to take extraordinary planning to get him to accept the help he needs.
